I am a responsible ''netizen'' a person actively involved in online communities . Being a netizen has a great responsibility that is improved in its development while encouraging free speech and open access. Netizens use of the internet around the world has been marked. One good example of this is through email delivery of letters by means of internet, as a replacement to the traditional based paper correspondence letters.And another example of this is the blog , a web log in which the writer writes in it in any possible subject in which he or she desires to talk discusses at any time the author so desires, and in which the writer control access to.
Responsible netizen aims at helping internet users to act as citizen of the web and to protect themselves on online threats. Just as a citizen as a member of a country a netizen as a member of the internet.However this two terms has a big difference .Citizens have a legal rights regarding free expression and protection against illegal harassment and discrimination while netizens are not forced to face consequences of their opinions , choices and actions in that country while citizens are not.
